ACCESS:
We have long access and office hours 7 days a week. This ensures that you can get to your belongings and get your questions answered when it's convenient for you.
THEM:
Many facilities have shortened Saturday and Sunday hours, while some facilities have no Sunday hours. In addition, some facilities require that you make an appointment for a tour or to sign up for a unit.
CLIMATE CONTROL: Don't Let Your Belongings Get Moldy and Musty!
ACCESS:
Access Self Storage buildings are fully climate controlled. This means that we heat in the winter and cool with air conditioning in the summer. We keep the temperature within a small window which ensures that the humidity remains at a constant level.
THEM:
Other facilities heat but do not cool. Some facilities will advertise that they are fully climate controlled without actually air conditioning their building. When shopping around, make sure that you ask each facility what they mean by climate control to ensure that you get the storage experience that is right for you.
ELEVATORS: Don't Break Your Back On The Stairs!
ACCESS:
Each facility has two standard hospital sized elevators that can cart both you and your belongings. This means no waiting in line on busy weekends when you are trying to get in and out, as well as easy access to all 3 floors.
THEM:
Often times you will see freight elevators which means, you load your item in, and meet it on the floor your unit is on. Items that do not fit in the freight elevator will have to be carried up the stairs. What a back breaking chore! Having to wait in line to load your items into a freight elevator is not the best way to spend your weekend or your money if you're paying those movers by the hour.
SECURITY: You Pay For What You Get!
ACCESS:
Our facilities have top of the line security features including coded entry, individual unit alarms, 24 hour video surveillance and employees on site 7 days a weeks.
THEM:
We encourage everyone to tour facilities where they may be storing to ensure that not only are there ample security measures in place but that those measures are monitored.
CARTS: You Can Get From Here To There!
ACCESS:
We provide you with several tools that you will more than likely need during your move including clean, sturdy carts and dollies.
THEM:
Other facilities may not have carts, may have old worn out carts or may even provide you with shopping carts to aid your move!
